Fundraising Activities.
Currently the directors are communicating with potential donors and sponsors to sell their vision and raise approximately United States Dollars 80,000 to buy 2 acres of land, construct a home and build and equip a training center for the boys.
We have started mobilizing the community by creating awareness of this need so that the members will be actively involved in the implementation of the project. We have also been actively involved in assisting other homes and also educating some former street children who have relatives or guardians living with them.

Income generating activities

The directors are investigating several options which can lead to the center being self sustaining including rearing of chickens, making jewelry or handicrafts, furniture etc.
Here are two photos, the boys are making art work items as a small scale income generating activity and the other one is a donation of rabbits for breeding and later for sale. |
